  7. Add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce and a pinch of salt and pepper to taste. Stir the vegetables for an additional 30 seconds to blend the flavors.
  8. When the potatoes are cooked, put them all in a clean plate. You can always adjust the cooking time according to how you prefer to cook the vegetables.
