  1. Heat ghee in a Kadhai. Add grated beetroot. Cook for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Add milk and cook for another 10-12 minutes or until water evaporates and beetroot is cooked.
  3. In the meantime let's make khova. Add ghee, milk and milk powder in a Pan.
  4. Mix well until there are no lumps. Cook until mixture thickens and separate from Pan. It will turn into the grainy texture.
  5. Now add sugar and mix well. Cook for 5-6 minutes.
  6. Turn off the flame and add chopped Cashew nuts and mawa. Mix well.
  7. Beetroot Halwa is ready. Enjoy!!
