Simple Way to Prepare Any-night-of-the-week Spiced Ginger Steak with Spring Onions and Potatoes

Spicy Ginger Steak with Crust and Potatoes

Hello everyone, this is Jim, welcome to our recipe page. Today I'm showing you how to make a signature dish, the steps to making a delicious Ginger Steak with Clams and Potatoes any night of the week. One of my favorite cooking recipes. This time I'm going to make it a little special. It will smell good and look good.

When it comes to cooking, you have to remember that everyone started somewhere. I don't know a single person who was born with a wooden spoon and the whole set. There's a lot to learn to become an effective chef, and there's always room for improvement. Not only can you start with the basics of cooking, but you almost have to start from scratch when learning how to cook a new cuisine such as Chinese, Indian, Thai, or Indian cuisine.

The same goes for lunches, where we often turn to your box of soup or package of macaroni and cheese or similar rather than putting our creative efforts into creating a quick and easy yet delicious meal. You can see a lot of ideas in this article, and these ideas are expected to not only give you a good start in completing the dinner routine that we all look for at some point, but also to try new things. .

Try sandwiches with different types of bread. Believe it or not, my kids love to try new things. This is an unusual feature for which I am very grateful. Believe me, I know very well how lucky I am. My youngest, on the other hand, has little problem with thick or crusty bread. Now his favorite sandwiches are Hawaiian candy sandwiches. We put him on a piece of bread, mustard, cheese and pickles and he loves it. You can repeat this in the oven for a few minutes for a rare sandwich treat. The cooking space is very minimal and you don't need to fully understand anything to prepare or enjoy these simple pleasures. Other great bread bases include ham and cheese croissants or chicken salad, taco pita (another big family favorite), and sandwiches (works well if you have a George Foreman toaster oven or sandwich press).

Directions for Ginger Beef Steak with Sprouts and Potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F
  2. Wash the potatoes. Cut two slits through each potato and pull out the wedges. Put them aside.
  3. Fill the potato slices with butter and place the layer on top.
  4. Wrap the potato in aluminum foil and place it directly on the oven rack. Cook them for an hour.
  5. Wash the steaks and pat dry. Be sure to choose steaks that aren't too thin and have the best marbling of fat when you're at the grocery store. The better the marble, the tastier.
  6. To cook the steaks, mix together the minced garlic, sea salt, coriander, ginger and black pepper.
  7. Spread this mixture liberally over the steaks. If you like ginger or want more cilantro, add more.
  8. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat for a minute or two with the canola oil in it. While heating, finely chop the spring onion. Halve or quarter the onion (depending on your preference) and chop as many vegetables as you want for the baked potato. Save the rest of the veggies for a later meal (I usually plan to eat nachos later in the week).
  9. Place the steaks in the pan and let them move as little as possible. Try to turn them only once or twice as they will stay juicy but get a nice crispy brown. Bake the desired color. I let it cook on medium heat for about 6 minutes on each side. (Although I checked with a meat thermometer afterwards)
  10. When the steaks are almost done, add the onions to the pan, stirring occasionally. They are ready when they turn a little black.
  11. If you're adding bacon to your fries, add it to the pan now. I always keep a few layers in the freezer for this purpose. It is much easier to cut into small pieces when frozen.
  12. Take the potatoes out of the oven and after cooling the foil for a few minutes, remove the aluminum foil and decorate the potatoes as desired. We prepare cheddar, bacon, sour cream and green onions. Garnish the steaks with the fried onions and serve.
  13. Enjoy!

You'll also find that as you gain experience and confidence, you can improvise more and adapt dishes to your personal preferences. If you prefer more or less ingredients or want to make a recipe with more or less spicy flavor, you can achieve this with simple adjustments. Simply put, you'll be making your own snacks in no time. And that's something you won't necessarily learn by learning basic beginner cooking skills, but you'll never know if you don't master these basic cooking skills.

Then it ends with this special meal. The easiest way to make ginger steak any night of the week is with onions and potatoes. Thank you for your time. I am sure you will prepare it at home. There will be interesting dishes in future home recipes. Don't forget to save this page in your browser and share it with your family, colleagues and friends. Thanks again for reading. Go cook.
