- 1 cup besan

- 1 tsp each turmeric powder,garam masala powder
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 cup each of fresh grated carrot and beetroot

- Cover the pan with the lid and allow it to cook for 2 minutes and then remove the lid and flip the balls and cook it till it becomes crispy from all sides



- After around 2 minutes,crispy,spicy and healthy starters get ready to be served. Serve it hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
