- 1/4 cup of finely grated cheese
- 1 tablespoon of red onion
- 3-5 green peppers, chopped
- 1 teaspoon of soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon of tomato sauce
- Black salt to taste
- 1.5 teaspoons of peanut butter
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
- 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon of coriander leaves
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon of oil
Recipe for paneer fried rice with potatoes.
- Take a pan, pour some peanut butter and heat it on the stove. Add chopped onion along with chopped green chillies and salt if required. Add ginger garlic paste. Add soy sauce and tomato sauce.
- After frying, add boiled potatoes and finely grated cheese and mix well. Simmer for 5-7 minutes and cover the pan on medium heat. Adjust black salt to taste.
- Now open the pan and place the coriander leaves on the rice and cook for 1 more minute, cover the pan. Spread the oil on the rice and immediately turn off the flame.
