Simple Way to Make Award-winning Potato Skins

There are always disagreements between situations when it comes to preparing healthy meals for our families. The good news is that there are plenty of healthy recipes out there, but the healthy feel of the recipes is somewhat hidden. They should not be offended by their ignorance of these matters (except sentimentality, which should never be ignored).

Most recipes have a simple difficulty level indicator, and you can try the recipe to make sure you are interested in making it or if you are unsure. Remember that Rome was not built in a day, and it takes a long time to prepare a reliable "repetition" of recipes to include in the cooking cycle.

This is a very old recipe that I washed up a bit, should I put it here...?! Main spices and seasonings for making potato skin:
- Potatoes
- Fried oil
- Shredded cheese (I like to make a blend of cheeses, use whatever you like or have on hand)
- Cook ground bacon or chopped bacon
- Sour cream
- Gray / green onions
Potato cleaning steps
- Take the potatoes you want to use and wash them (cut the potatoes in half so that one potato is two potato skins).
- Mash the potatoes with a fork and bake the potatoes until soft.
- Cut the potatoes in half, let them cool until you touch them without burning yourself.. (note the fork marks where I cut them).
- Scoop out the center of the potato, being careful to leave some on the side, not the skin.
- Freezing All potatoes must be frozen before roasting (make sure they don't touch each other).
- When you are ready to cook, heat the oil and fry it in the oven for a few minutes. So if you want to preheat the oven... (If you don't like the oven, you can bake at 350 degrees until the cheese melts.)
- Fry all the potato skins until golden brown or as crispy as you like, you need to turn them and mix them in oil, don't overfill the pot, cook in batches, drain the oil when you take it out, save the oil. and place on paper towels/coffee filters or wire strainers (make sure the skin side up, it won't help if the boat is on the skin to catch the oil)
- After all the potatoes are fried to your liking, add the cheese, place on a baking sheet and cook in the oven until the cheese melts.
- As a finishing touch, a plate of sour cream, cooked bacon crumbles/slices, green onions/vegetables with cheese...
- Notes - After shoveling the potatoes, do something, don't waste it. I make them with butter, salt, pepper and sour cream, I have one for my kids that doesn't do sour cream... the kids always want to eat them lol, I even make some mashed potatoes because if I do. . Before that and mashed potatoes for dinner that night. A win, not a loss.
